New elevated cocktail bar in the West Village is hiring Chef de Cuisine (CDC), Line Cooks, and Dishwashers/Porters. Small-plates menu by a Michelin-starred chef. Professional, positive kitchen culture.
Chef de Cuisine (CDC):
Oversee daily BOH operations
Lead team, train staff, manage prep & ordering
High-end NYC experience required
Line Cooks:
Prep + service execution
Strong knife skills; high standards
NYC or upscale experience preferred
Dishwashers/Porters:
Maintain dish area + support BOH
Cleaning, trash, light prep
